The White Sandy Beach in Pranburi

The coastline of Pranburi starts from the north of Pak Nam Pran and strechtes over Kao Kalog right up to the south of Dolphin Bay. This area increasingly becomes more indipendent from Hua Hin and developes all by itself. The trend moves from the northern part down south and thus accordingly the prices.

It has a quiet beach and is also located close to the famous Sam Roi Yod National Park that stretches along the coastline south. There are many excellent resorts in the area. Pranburi is becoming a very popular beach and coastal destination in Thailand, close to Hua Hin and national parks, there are now more hotels, resorts and other accommodations in the area though it remains a quiet and relaxing place to stay at a beach not too far from Bangkok. Developments are rare, single villas still dominant the area. The designs are open and the buildings low-rise, usually lower than the palm trees.

Infrastructure is still simple. However, good roads, electricity, water and internet are all availalble. Restaurants and resorts can be found nearly everywhere. Shopping facilities are available in Pranburi city.

The whole area has great potential. While most people concentrate on the coastline, are in the back still big land plots for villas and devlopments for affordable prices available.
